Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

we encourage you to communicate to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of recieving the your goods. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the day of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

we only return good that the customer has received and can prove that was damaged in transit injelwa will only accept the return for damaged goods

Injelwa will NOT accept returns for purchases of a wrong size. Therefore you are implored to check the size chart and ensure you are purchasing the correct size. you are encourage to purchase a size bigger than your desired size e.i if you are a size 32 you are encouraged to purchase size 34 and so on

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
